Role & responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in various industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on inquiries and quotations to ensure timely conversion into orders.
• Product Knowledge & Consultation:

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and innovations

• Advise clients on the best plastic materials suited for their production processes and requirements.
• Conduct technical discussions with clients to ensure that their specific needs are met, offering solutions to improve product performance.
• Client Relationship & After-Sales Support:
• Build strong rapport with clients by providing exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
• Monitor customer satisfaction post-sale, ensuring smooth delivery and addressing any issues promptly.
• Follow up with clients to ensure continuous business growth and repeat orders.
• Reporting & Market Insights:
• Regularly track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and customer feedback.
• Provide market insights to management to support product development, pricing strategies, and future business opportunities.
• Analyze competitor activity, identify gaps in the market, and propose new opportunities to expand market share.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales
• Education: Any degree or diploma or in any stream
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients, present solutions, and build rapport.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering solutions that meet client expectations.
