: IT Sales and Marketing Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our IT products and services, collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales growth, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. This role also involves supporting the creation of marketing materials, coordinating marketing campaigns, and organizing promotional events and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote IT products and services.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Sales Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Assist in the creation of sales pitches and presentations to support the sales team.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Marketing Materials Creation:
Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date and reflect the brand's voice and image.
Campaign Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, print, social media).
Event Management:
Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows.
Coordinate logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on campaign performance and ROI.
Industry Trends and Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Provide insights and recommendations based on industry analysis to improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, SEO tools, Google Analytics).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for promotional events and trade shows as needed.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Understanding of the IT product lifecycle and technology trends.
