Profile - Field Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

Job location - Greater Noida Chai V

The marketing Team leader will establish the team and work towards achieving the goals. Develop new markets and channel partners.

• Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and forecasts in co-operation with sales team to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
• Promoting property through marketing initiatives, maintaining ATL/BTL at product level and at a corporate or brand level
• Providing guidelines and guidance to the marketing executives, how to generate the lead and how to do marketing of your product.
• Managing overall marketing activities that include market research, marketing presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
• Planning and executing marketing activity.
• Co-coordinating and negotiating with agencies and vendors for regular work as well as specific planned events with regards to rate and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Must have experienced to gather the data from market, by doing activities.
