Job Description

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

Oversee the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and meet their individual targets.

Conduct daily sales meetings to review performance, address challenges, and provide guidance.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing the customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

Handle escalated customer complaints or complex negotiations to maintain positive relationships.

4. Inventory Management:

Monitor vehicle stock levels and ensure optimal inventory management in coordination with the inventory or parts department.

Place orders for new vehicles based on sales forecasts and customer demand.

5. Coordination with Other Departments:

Collaborate with the service, finance, and marketing departments to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Work closely with the accounts team for pricing, invoicing, and discount approvals.

6. Sales Reporting:

Review daily sales reports and analyze key metrics like conversion rates, customer footfall, and sales trends.

Provide management with regular updates on sales performance and strategies.

7. Training and Development:

Identify training needs for the sales team and arrange for skill development workshops or coaching sessions.

Ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and trained.

8. Marketing and Promotions:

Plan and execute sales promotions, discounts, and special offers to boost sales.

Coordinate with the marketing team to organize events, campaigns, or local advertisements.

9. Budgeting and Financial Oversight:

Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost controls.

Approve discounts, special offers, and pricing strategies in line with profitability goals.

10. Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements are followed in sales transactions.

Oversee the proper documentation of sales contracts, vehicle registrations, and financial agreements.

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Monitoring market trends and competitor strategies to adapt TVS's marketing approaches, focusing on emerging opportunities or areas of high customer interest.

5. Brand Management: Ensuring all marketing materials reflect the brand's image and tone, overseeing consistency in branding across channels, and making adjustments to maintain brand integrity.

6. Budget Management: Allocating and monitoring the marketing budget, ensuring resources are spent efficiently to maximize reach and return on investment.

7. Event Coordination: Planning and managing events like product launches, showroom events, or roadshows to directly engage customers and generate interest in new models.

8. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing the performance of campaigns by looking at metrics like leads generated, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Preparing reports to show ROI and guide future strategies.

9. Engagement with Dealerships: Supporting dealerships with promotional materials, guiding them on local marketing strategies, and ensuring campaigns are implemented consistently across locations.

10. Customer Engagement Initiatives: Developing and managing loyalty programs, customer satisfaction surveys, and retention efforts to build long-term customer relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
