Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Solar Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in acquiring solar projects ranging from residential installations to megawatt-scale developments. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, team-building prowess, and a strong sense of responsibility to drive our solar projects forward.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue opportunities for solar projects across various scales, from residential rooftops to large-scale megawatt installations.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand our project portfolio and achieve growth targets.
Team Leadership:
• Build and lead a high-performing team of solar professionals focused on project acquisition and client relationship management.
• Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment where team members thrive and deliver exceptional results.
Strategic Planning:
• Develop comprehensive marketing and business development plans aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify strategic opportunities.
Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with project goals and financial targets.
Promotion and Branding:
• Drive marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the solar energy sector.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, participate in industry events, and leverage digital marketing channels effectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in solar project acquisition and business development, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
