Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's veneer products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying trends.
• Develop and manage the company's brand identity in the veneer market..
• Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network with potential customers and partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, furniture makers, and other industry professionals.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the veneer industry and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Manage a marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are completed within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the wood products industry.
• Strong understanding of the veneer market in India.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, PPC, social media).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure marketing performance.
• Experience attending trade shows and industry events (a plus).
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the veneer industry (a plus).

Additional desirable skills:

• Experience working in the Indian market.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
