Job Description

• Revenue Generation: ? Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the OEM business segment. ? Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and increase revenue from existing clients. Market Expansion: ? Identify and evaluate potential OEM business opportunities in new markets. ? Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Product Development: ? Collaborate with the product development team to identify and introduce new products or features catering to OEM requirements. ? Ensure alignment between market needs and product offerings.
• Key Account Management: ? Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM clients. ? Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: ? Lead and motivate a high-performance national sales team. ? Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to achieve individual and supportive goals.
• Strategic Planning: ? Develop and implement long-term strategies for the OEM business, aligning with overall organizational objectives. ? Conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Operational Efficiency: ? Streamline and optimize processes within the OEM business segment to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. ? Ensure effective coordination between various departments to meet client expectations.Contract Negotiation: ? Oversee the negotiation and finalization of contracts with OEM clients. ? Ensure favorable terms while maintaining strong, collaborative partnerships.
• Compliance and Risk Management: ? Ensure that all business activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. ? Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the interests of the organization.
• Financial Management: ? Monitor and manage the budget for the OEM business segment. ? Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to make informed decisions.
• Training and Development: ? Implement training programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. ? Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
• Customer Feedback and Improvement: ? Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. ? Implement corrective actions to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: ? Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management. ? Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
