Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader / Manager - Field Marketing Sales to join our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our jewellery products, driving sales, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic field marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement field marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Identify and target potential retail partners and customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our jewellery collections.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and influencers.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy.
Manage promotional materials and ensure their timely distribution.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the marketing team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in field marketing and sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.
