This role requires a dynamic and result-driven professional with a proven track record in the real estate industry. Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and executive sales strategies and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve set objective, providing training and mentorship as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, incorporating trends and market conditions into strategic partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and other stakeholders, enhancing business opportunities.
- Develop and manage efficient network for sales distribution.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into the project.
- Provide details sales forecasting and reports, analyzing data to inform decision making and strategy.
- Manage sales process from initial inquiry through to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience and adherence to legal and company guidelines.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Master\'s degree is plus.
- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
