We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
3. Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to sales team members.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
6. Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage sales budgets and resources to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
3. Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
4. Personal Qualities:
