Job Description

As a Sales and marketing intern, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operation function inline with sales and presales activities within an organization. Your role will involve coordinating various leads, ensuring their smooth onboarding to our ecosystem , making them aware about the product or services and continuously improving communication, for better understanding of the deliverables so as to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the mutual engagement. your primary role is to identify, engage, and successfully onboard healthcare facilities along with practitioners into our business network. You will be the liaison between our business and these healthcare facility providers as well as health care practitioners, ensuring a smooth integration to our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Continuously analyze and enhance operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational initiatives.

Identify potential healthcare facilities that align with our business goals and target market through research and outreach.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare facility providers owners, managers, and staff to facilitate the onboarding process.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Compliance and Licensing: Verify that healthcare facilities/practitioners meet all legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing, insurance, and certifications.

Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to healthcare ecosystems regarding our products/services, enabling them to effectively promote and utilize them.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor healthcare facilities performance in terms of sales, customer satisfaction, and adherence to our standards collaborated with the Customer relation executives

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any challenges or issues that healthcare facilities/ practitioners encounter in their partnership with our business.

Feedback Gathering: Maintain open communication channels with healthcare facilities to gather feedback, suggestions, and insights to enhance the onboarding process.

Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform decision-making during the onboarding process.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all healthcare ecosystem interactions, agreements, and communications.

Budget Management: Efficiently manage the budget allocated for healthcare ecosystem onboarding activities.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that healthcare facility providers consistently provide a high-quality experience to customers.

Requirements:

Knowledge of the healthcare industry

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Project management experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Proficiency in contract negotiation and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
