Preferred Knowledge:
We are seeking a proactive Management Trainee with a solid technical background in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, Operations, or Production. This role is focused on field sales and is critical in driving new business development, client relationship management, vendor coordination, and product sales within the power electronics domain.
:
• Support new business development by identifying sales opportunities, conducting market research and engaging with potential clients.
• Travel extensively to meet clients, develop business and manage accounts in the field.
• In-depth knowledge of power electronic components and systems, including IGBT, SCR, rectifier, inverter, UPS system, and VFD.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and convey product benefits effectively to clients.
