This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in B2C sales and marketing.Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals and objectives for B2C verticals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Sales Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to optimize sales performance.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing Leadership:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, advertising, and promotional materials to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Brand Management:
  • Enhance and protect the company\'s brand image and reputation.
  • Develop brand positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Partnerships and Alliances:
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key partners and vendors.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance for senior management.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2C verticals.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
