- Sales and Field Work: Drive sales growth through direct field work and client interactions. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise related to solar and electric systems.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand market trends, and assess competition.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, market insights, and feedback to the management team.
- Strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in the solar or electric utility sectors.
- Technical knowledge of solar and electric systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Own vehicle is required for fieldwork and client visits.
