: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance the hotel\'s market presence. You will work closely with the management team to achieve our business objectives and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand positioning.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Create and manage promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and social media presence.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
Organize and participate in sales events, trade shows, and networking activities.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
Collaborate with the reservations and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Manage the hotel\'s online reputation and respond to guest reviews and feedback.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and develop actionable strategies.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
