Job Description

Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and business opportunities. Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events. Schedule and conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients. Contract Negotiation: Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Ensure all agreements are in line with hotel policies and profit margins. Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Conduct follow-ups and address client queries and concerns promptly. Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Analyze sales performance and forecast future sales trends. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Identify new market segments and opportunities for growth. Marketing Duties Brand Management: Develop and maintain the hotel's brand image and identity. Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the brand consistently. Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media). Create promotional offers and packages to attract guests. Content Creation: Produce engaging content for the hotel's website, blog, and social media platforms. Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters. Digital Marketing: Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website and social media accounts. Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) and run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. Event Planning: Organize and promote hotel events, such as conferences, weddings, and corporate meetings. Coordinate with event planners and ensure all events run smoothly. Public Relations: Build relationships with media outlets and influencers. Write and distribute press releases to highlight the hotel's achievements and special events. Customer Feedback and Surveys: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and marketing strategies. Conduct surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and preferences. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and within budget

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
