Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Marketing Executive

to promote our consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, digital outreach, and supporting the sales team with qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a database of potential clients across industrial segments.

Service Promotion:

Effectively communicate Greendot's services, case studies, and value propositions to prospective clients. Schedule appointments and demos for the senior consulting team.

Campaign Execution:

Execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to promote our services. Collaborate with the design and digital team for brochures, posts, and campaigns.

CRM & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales funnel updates in the CRM. Submit weekly and monthly reports on lead status and outcomes.

Market Research:

Conduct research on target industries, competitors, and new market opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of B2B sales/marketing. Proficiency in LinkedIn and email marketing tools. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Ability to understand and explain consulting services clearly. A go-getter attitude with a target-driven approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in marketing or business development, especially in service-based or consulting sectors, is preferred.
