Job Description

• Sales Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for our metal products (Metal Aadhar Cards, Metal ID Cards, Metal Business Cards, Metal Name Plates, and Metal Labels).
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and emerging market trends in the industrial and commercial sectors.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
• Sales Presentation & Negotiation: Present products to potential clients, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Lead Generation: Use various marketing tools, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional sales techniques, to generate leads.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and work towards increasing market share.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial products sector.
• Experience in B2C sales or product marketing is a plus.
• Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of our product range: metal-based cards, name plates, and labels.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present products and ideas clearly to customers.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
• Target-Oriented: Motivated by achieving sales targets and goals.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
