We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team, specializing in herbal and pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the healthcare industry, with a specific focus on herbal and pharmaceutical products. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the herbal and pharmaceutical markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Ensure exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies.

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 06 Months to 2 Years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the herbal and pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of herbal and pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
