Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our dry fruits products to local retailers and wholesalers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network in the local market, and a passion for sales and marketing.

•Key Responsibilities:•

•Sales:•

1. Develop and maintain relationships with local retailers and wholesalers.

2. Achieve sales targets through effective selling and negotiation.

3. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.

4. Manage orders, deliveries, and payments.

5. Resolve customer complaints and concerns.

•Marketing:•

1. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity.

2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.

3. Create promotional materials (brochures, flyers, social media posts).

4. Organize in-store promotions, events, and demonstrations.

5. Collaborate with local influencers and partners.

•Additional Responsibilities:•

1. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

2. Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.

3. Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.

•Requirements:•

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.

2. 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience in the FMCG industry.

3. Strong network in local retail and wholesale markets.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Desirable Skills:•

1. Knowledge of the dry fruits industry.

2. Familiarity with local languages (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
