Kasa Design Studios Looking for a Junior Sales and Marketing with 1 year of experience.

Sales and Marketing Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Schedule and conduct client consultations to understand their design needs and preferences.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Visit sites to assess potential sales opportunities and understand the area's market demand.

Respond to incoming leads promptly and follow up to convert them into potential clients.

Present the studio's portfolio, design services, and packages to clients.

Assist in preparing and presenting proposals tailored to client requirements.

Close sales deals while ensuring clients feel valued and understood.

collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.

Provide feedback from client discussions to the team for better service delivery.

Collaborate with the marketing team to suggest campaigns that target the right audience.

Represent the studio at events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Ensure the studio's brand values and professional image are maintained in all interactions.

Help create a welcoming atmosphere for walk-in clients at the studio.

Maintain records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales processes using CRM tools.

Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Handle day-to-day sales-related administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or in a similar role within the interior design, architecture, or luxury goods industry.
