We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, promoting products and services, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and reach out to potential clients to promote products and services.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Provide regular feedback and updates on sales performance.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Prior experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation :

• This is a commission-based role. Payment will be made on the closure of a project or deal.
• Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
