Job Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and navigating the real estate market to meet client needs. Your expertise will help guide clients through buying properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Provide clients with market insights, property evaluations, and comparative analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
