Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, home buyers, and other key stakeholders.
-Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our residential flats, to reach potential buyers effectively.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our residential flats to prospective buyers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions and drive sales conversions
- Lead negotiations with potential buyers, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and facilitating the sales process from offer to closing.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align strategies, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
