• Skills Required:
• Good knowledge in Sales Closing techniques, with strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Self-Motivated with a result driven approach.
• Proactive response to customers.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge in Electrical Panel building industry and IEC 61439 standards.
• Knowledge of Electrical Enclosures.
• Exposure to Indian and Export Markets and knowledge of Statutory Sales requirements
• Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote electrical panels to various sectors (commercial, industrial, residential).
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the electrical panel industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive product sales.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our product range and network with potential clients.
• Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital content) to communicate product features and benefits to the target audience.
• Monitor competitors' activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Maintain an updated database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
