Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute field marketing strategies to attract new patients and promote dental services in the community.
• Identify potential clients through field visits, networking events, and local outreach programs.
• Organize and participate in dental awareness camps, exhibitions, and health-related events.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and healthcare professionals to increase referrals.
• Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to align field activities with overall marketing goals.
• Report on field marketing activities, tracking results and customer feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on dental services, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
• Familiarity with the local area and the ability to travel as required.
