Experience : Freshers to 1yr

Must have a petrol two wheeler.

On- ground job

Product: - Aluminum System window.

Target Market/Clients: Fabricators, Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Project Consultants.

Qualification: B.A. / B.B.A

Languages preferred:- English and Tamil (Should be in Good Communication)

Must be a Native of Chennai.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive (Market Runner) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our aluminum system windows and hardware products. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends. Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position our products effectively.

Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders to drive sales.

Product Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our aluminum system windows and hardware. Provide technical information and support to clients.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales strategies and campaigns. Develop promotional materials and sales tools to support marketing efforts.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and report on sales activities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and outcomes.

Market Presence: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in sales or marketing within the construction, architectural, or hardware industries is preferred. Experience in aluminum systems or window hardware sales is a plus.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of aluminum system windows and hardware products.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
