Job Overview



We are seeking a Sales Marketing Executive for our offices in Malappuram and Kozhikode. This is a full-time, junior-level position, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves engaging with existing and potential B2B clients, driving sales, and increasing market penetration in our designated regions. The candidate will be instrumental in furthering our brand reach and developing strong customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills



Proven track record of effective B2B sales experience for at least 1 year, as this is a mandatory skill for this role. Excellent negotiation skills to efficiently close deals and foster lasting client relationships. Proficiency in analyzing sales data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and strategize for better sales performance. Exceptional communication skills to articulate product benefits clearly and engage with diverse clientele. Proficiency in the English language is expected to ensure smooth interaction with clients and coordination with team members. Experience in telesales to initiate contact, follow-up, and convert leads over the phone efficiently. Ability to adapt to market changes quickly and skillfully adjust sales strategies accordingly. Strong multitasking abilities, handling various accounts and leads while maintaining high service quality.

Roles and Responsibilities



Identify potential clients and create personalized pitches to convert leads into sales opportunities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients to maximize retention. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and relay insightful feedback to the marketing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies and execute them effectively. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and inform performance evaluations. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing sales processes and recommending enhancements. Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to maintain a sharp sales acumen. Utilize CRM software to manage customer information, interactions and ensure seamless navigation of sales operations.
