Position: Field Executive
Location: MP ( Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior)
Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Communication/Mechanical/Civil) + MBA

Salary: Upto 4 Lpa

Key Responsibilities

• Site Visits and Surveys:
• Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and gather data for solar installation projects.
• Perform site surveys for rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with the design and technical teams to develop optimal solar solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
• Installation Oversight:
• Supervise installation activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality protocols.
• Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any on-site issues.
• Client Interaction:
• Act as the point of contact for clients during on-site activities.
• Provide updates on project progress and address client concerns.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain project records, including technical reports, inspection sheets, and photographs.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the management team.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety measures on-site.
• Market Awareness:
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the solar energy industry.
• Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and project delivery.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and components.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site as needed.
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards in the renewable energy sector.

Additional Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,563.61 per month
