Job Description

A sales and marketing role for silicon carbide (SiC) may include:

• Promoting SiC products : Demonstrating products, discussing options, and cross-selling
• Building relationships : Establishing trust with customers, maintaining relationships with key clients, and providing support and guidance
• Generating leads : Actively seeking out customers, introducing the company, and generating leads and inquiries
• Developing strategies : Analyzing customer profiles and needs, developing strategies to penetrate new market segments, and preparing marketing and promotion plans
• Training and mentoring : Sharing best practices with sales team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members
• Staying current : Remaining knowledgeable on products, industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Preparing reports : Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to prepare reports and presentations
• Maintaining professional knowledge : Attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional and industry organization

Other Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years experience, BBA, MBA, Diploma / BE - Electronics, Mechanical
• Pro-active, enthusiastic individual
• Willing to travel 25-50% across India
• Strong experience in SiC
• Fluent in English a sales and marketing role for silicon carbide (SiC) in India

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
