Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the target market.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

2. Sales and Business Development:
Present, promote, and sell Access Control and Surveillance Systems solutions to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and sales strategies.
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and contribute to the overall business development plan.
3. Marketing Activities:
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Access Control and Surveillance Systems products.
Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and sales presentations.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
5. Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A highly motivated individual with a proven ability to bring in significant business revenue.
Possesses a 2/4 wheeler for official use.
Dynamic, presentable, with strong communication skills in regional language and English.
Capable of performing under pressure and meeting sales targets.
Experienced in the Electronic Security Systems segment or PoS / Barcode solutions
