We're seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team at GodaHaridev Jewells. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on jewelry. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. 2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. 3. Manage and analyze sales data to inform marketing decisions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity. Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the jewelry industry. 2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing successful marketing campaigns. 3. Strong understanding of jewelry market trends and consumer behavior. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). 2. Knowledge of jewelry design and manufacturing processes. 3. Pay: ?9,451.83 - ?32,671.43 per month
