Job Role: Marketing Executive (Commission-Based)

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell SCB Foods products, including spices and home care items, directly to shops and retail outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and retailers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and increase product reach in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets to earn commissions.
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the company.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in field sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Ability to travel and meet clients within the assigned area.

• Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
