We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and achieving sales targets through direct sales activities in the field. This is a field-based role, requiring travel to meet clients, provide product solutions, and represent the company in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
Proactively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback to management.Stay up to date with product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.Act as the main point of contact for clients to ensure a positive experience.
