Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executives to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales by promoting and selling properties to potential buyers or tenants. As a Sales/Marketing Executives, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:



Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for promoting properties and the company's services. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer preferences, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to optimize marketing efforts. Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities. Event Marketing: Assist in organizing events, property launches, open houses, and exhibitions to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems. Report findings to management and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A real estate certification or license is a plus. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales Marketing, preferably within the real estate sector. Sales Skills: Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, and closing deals. Excellent negotiation skills. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present property details effectively and build rapport with clients. Customer-Focused: A commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience, with a proactive approach to solving client issues and concerns. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, property showings, and follow-ups. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales, design, and other teams to achieve marketing goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
