Job Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Executive for a psychology clinic will play a key role in promoting the clinic's services, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the clinic's reach within schools, healthcare providers, and other institutions. This role combines sales and marketing efforts with a focus on networking and establishing partnerships to create new business opportunities. The executive will represent the clinic in a professional and positive manner, educating target audiences about mental health services and securing referrals for consultations and treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outreach & Networking:
• Visit schools, healthcare providers (e.g., doctors, pediatricians, therapists), educational institutions, and businesses to introduce the clinic's services and establish professional relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email outreach.
• Create and maintain a network of contacts within schools, colleges, hospitals, corporate organizations, and other institutions that could benefit from the clinic's psychological services.
• Lead Generation & Conversion:
• Generate leads through direct visits, cold calls, and partnerships with local institutions, healthcare professionals, and community centers.
• Educate potential clients (such as parents, teachers, HR departments, healthcare professionals) about the clinic's offerings, including therapy, counseling, and psychological assessments.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into clients or referrals.
• Marketing Campaigns & Strategies:
• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the clinic's services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital content (social media, email newsletters, blogs), and event strategies to attract new clients.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and events to engage local communities, schools, and healthcare providers.
• Brand Building & Public Relations:
• Enhance the clinic's public image and reputation by creating strong relationships with local media, influencers, and community organizations.
• Represent the clinic at conferences, educational events, and community outreach activities.
• Collect feedback from clients, partners, and institutions to improve the clinic's services and marketing strategies.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and institutional partners to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business or referrals.
• Address concerns or questions from clients or potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage a database of leads, prospects, and partners and track all sales-related activities.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Track sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and client engagement to assess and adjust strategies.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly reports on sales activities, new partnerships, and business development progress.
• Provide insights to the clinic's leadership team about emerging trends or opportunities in the local market.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly present information and build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.
• Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen, including lead generation, relationship-building, and converting prospects into clients or partners.
• Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing techniques, including social media, email campaigns, and event management.
• Networking Skills: Ability to connect with professionals across various sectors, including education, healthcare, and corporate organizations.
• Customer Service: Empathetic, responsive, and able to handle client or partner inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and client communications simultaneously.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and other marketing tools; experience with social media management is a plus.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, psychology, or related fields. A background or interest in psychology/mental health services is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare, education, or a related service industry.
• License/Certification: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel are required.
Working Conditions:
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend events.
• Travel: Frequent local travel to schools, clinics, and other institutions within the assigned region.
• Work Environment: Combination of office work and fieldwork, visiting institutions and attending networking events.
