Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 1year in Pharma PCD/Franchisee Marketing

Novogen Captab is expanding its team and looking for experienced Sales & Marketing Executives to drive our growth in the Pharma PCD/Franchisee sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Pharma PCD/Franchisee operations.
• Identify and onboard new franchise partners and maintain strong business relationships.
• Analyze market trends and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Provide consistent support to franchise partners to maximize business growth.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• PCD Marketting: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• ENGLISH AND HINDI (Required)
