We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our team as an AyurYoga Retreat Sales Executive & Receptionist. This role is pivotal in promoting our retreat offerings, engaging with corporate clients, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences through efficient reception management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for AyurYoga retreat packages.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to promote retreat bookings.
• Conduct proactive outdoor sales activities, including visits to corporate offices, networking events, and participation in industry conferences.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure bookings for individual guests and group retreats.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our retreat offerings, Ayurvedic treatments, and Yoga programs to effectively communicate benefits to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, social media content, and targeted campaigns to drive sales.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the retreat, ensuring a hospitable and positive first impression.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling reservations and bookings.
• Provide detailed information about our retreat programs, accommodations, amenities, and services to prospective guests.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and a seamless guest experience.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as email correspondence, maintaining guest records, and processing payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure rooms are prepared and amenities are stocked according to guest preferences.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality, wellness, or travel industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences and build relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth through proactive sales strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Knowledge or interest in Ayurveda, wellness practices, or holistic health is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with booking systems or CRM software.
• Flexibility to travel locally for sales visits and attend events outside regular business hours as needed.
