Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and target potential clients, nurturing leads to convert them into long-term customers.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions to clients.
• Create marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to enhance brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networks and opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (Graduation in any discipline is mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines.
• Passion for sales and marketing with a results-driven approach.
