Position: Sales & Marketing / Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing / Business Development Executive to join our team immediately.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Possess expertise in IT Sales & Marketing, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, and Product Marketing, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Design and implement marketing plans for company products, and conduct market research on competitor products.
• Demonstrate strong business analytical skills to understand client project requirements and deliver effective presentations.
• Have experience in Bidding and Proposal Posting, as well as Social Media Marketing.
• Acquire new clients and identify emerging opportunities in both local and global markets.
• Generate business for Web, Mobile Application, Software Design & Development Services, Virtual Reality Projects, Digital Marketing, etc.
• Write proposals and participate in bidding processes.
• Estimate project prices, create quotes and proposals, engage with clients, and close deals.
• Interact with clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE.
• Build competitive portfolios on various portals to generate leads.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, databases, and other social networks.
• Collect and analyze project business requirements, and communicate these to the development team.
• Stay updated with modern marketing techniques.
• Facilitate client communication and bridge any gaps.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate, Freshers, Experienced, Bachelor's, Retired Personnel
• Strong English communication and fluency
• Creativity and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
