We are passionate about sharing the rich cultural heritage of India in a visually stunning and engaging manner. Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products, enhance brand visibility, and achieve sales targets. This role involves managing social media platforms, conducting market research, building partnerships, and organising promotional events. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring engaging and consistent content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Foster relationships with distributors, bookstores, educational institutions, and cultural organizations to increase product reach and visibility.
- Organise and participate in events such as book launches, exhibitions such a ComicCon and IndieComixFest and plan for the same.
- Create and oversee production of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and press releases.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with overall business goals.
- Manage customer engagement initiatives to build a loyal customer base.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in the publishing, entertainment, or cultural sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Passion for Indian stories, folklore, and mythology is a plus.
