Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn about the company\'s products or services, target market, and sales techniques.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
  • Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a desire to succeed in sales.
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).
