  • Promoting the company\'s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company\'s marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Be a strategist and content creator. Generate compelling content about the company\'s products via the company\'s social media handles.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ability to negotiate sales, achieve and exceeds sales targets.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver sales presentation.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Maintains client records.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
Qualifications
  • A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years\' experience in marketing or sales.
  • Must have a very good knowledge in ERP and other software applications.
  • Has technical knowledge and great problem -resolutions skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Must be autonomous, resourceful and decisive.
  • Be a social media person
  • Experience in management may be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
