1. Submit tour plans every month.
2. Prepare daily visits reports.
3. Maintain referral record, department wise.
4. Submit monthly report regarding revenue generation.
5. To formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand.
6. Strategize on promotion of Hospital through different kinds of advertisements, like print media advertisement, electronic media advertisement.
7. To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content design, creativity and proof- reading etc.
8. To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans.
9. To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, CMES, Workshop Camps, Patient Education Program, and Life-Style Management Program etc.
10. To generate public awareness and high footfalls in the hospital.
11. To handle VIP patients and handling service delivery related complaints.
12. To participate actively in empanelling corporate in organization.
13. To explore and build new markets and create awareness about health care facilities.
14. To build and maintain relationships with referring doctors both in station as well as out-station doctors.
15. Explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.
16. To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
17. Making strategy for the referral from trade Doctors and also for the empanelment with nursing homes.
18. To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
19. To perform all other jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work. Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.
20. Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management.
21. Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
22. Support in all marketing purposes tom the head marketing.
