• Writing and proofreading creative copy, and producing multimedia content
• Managing social media channels, planning and monitoring social media presence, and launching online advertisements
• Coordinating promotional events and interviews, and attending events to improve the organization's reputation
• Monitoring budgets and sourcing sponsorship for projects
• Updating customer databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
