We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Signify wood, a leading interior design firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and establish strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote interior design services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the design team to tailor proposals and presentations to client needs.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
• Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and threats.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
