Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description

Identify and target potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Gather market insights and report competitor activities. Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. Ensure prompt follow-ups on leads and inquiries. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or a similar role. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude. Willingness to travel extensively. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
