Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our interior design products to customers in Nagpur and surrounding areas. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including homeowners, interior designers, and contractors. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Ferroart's offerings. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address any queries or concerns promptly.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and customer preferences.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Ferroart's product range and interior design solutions to effectively educate clients and provide expert advice.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
