Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and repeat business.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and provide timely responses to inquiries.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure product knowledge and promotional activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
• Strong understanding of technology and software products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in selling SaaS products or enterprise software solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
