We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage sales operations, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth of our organic and millet product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers, responding to queries and providing product information.
2. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, prices, and promotions.
4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
5. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
6. Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain store displays.
7. Collaborate with the management team to implement sales strategies.
8. Participate in in-store promotions and events.
9. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of sales experience (retail experience preferred).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Basic math skills and accuracy with transactions.
5. Familiarity with organic and millet products (desirable).
6. Fluency in Malayalam (essential) and English (desirable).
